During breaks from my college studies, I have the privilege of working with Westchester Squash Academy in a assistant professional coaching and head receptionist role. This part-time, seasonal role has provided me with valuable real-world experience and has allowed me to apply the skills and knowledge I've gained in my academic pursuits.In this position as an Assistant Professional Coach since January 2019, I've worked primarily with children, teaching essential skills and techniques, creating customized training plans, and coordinating with fellow coaches. Additionally, as Head Receptionist, I've provided excellent customer service, maintained facility readiness, and managed financial records with a strong focus on enhancing the overall customer experience. This role has not only allowed me to contribute to the success of the company but has also further developed my skills in interpersonal and communication skills, my ability to provide exceptional customer service, and effective organization and time management capabilities.I'm grateful to Westchester Squash Academy for providing me with this opportunity to gain practical experience and continue to grow professionally while maintaining my academic commitments.
