In my 19 years lighting design career I have worked on a wide range of project types from hospitality to museums to retail to worship to sport. Through my extensive onsite, hands-on experience I developed a design approach that is at once creative and technically sound, inspired and pragmatic. My clients benefit from my experience working internationally in lighting design studios in Milan, The Netherlands and Hong Kong, with projects completed across the globe from Switzerland to Taiwan, from Malaysia to Maldives, to China, to India.I’m interested in the physical as well as human factors of light, especially the impact of light on emotion and well-being, and I strive to listen carefully, apply a global perspective to possible lighting solutions, and design mindfully for each project location.
