During the course of this experience, I have been helding the following positions.:Site Superintendent:I am the first Point of Contact for Subcontractor foreman, laborer and supplier. I am in charge to hold meeting and audit with the U.S. Army Government Inspector and Quality Assurance Representative. I am responsible to meet the project schedule milestones during construction works. Quality Control Manager:I am the Quality Assurance Competent Person in charge to ensure the contractual quality within the construction activities, construction document management (daily report, construction workbook), safety document management (POS, PSC, Mob Plan, Enviromental Plan,..). I must ensure that the construction quality meets the the contractual Standard and Specification requirement. I have to perform and attend to all tests on site or in laboratory. I must interface with Project Manager and Scheduler to better manage all the construction phases and activities. I am the first Point of Contact to the U.S. Army Government Contracting Officer. I must organize and hold the Contractual Meeting with the Client and the Designer, record keeping the meeting minutes. I must prepare the material submittals to the Client, as Preconstruction submittals, Product Data, Design Drawings, Samples, Test Reports, Manufacturer Instr., Close-out docs.
