Project managing the development of multimedia educational materials, published online or as part of e-learning courses. Producing video/screencasts from script to final product, briefing external suppliers, setting up best practice documentation, and training authors. And market research/competitor analysis for strategic development of the IB Publishing department: desktop research, user surveys, media analysis, and in-depth interviews. All in all, great experience and a huge learning curve!

I made a deal with Jos Bus, director at Arboriginals, for a half-year adventure. And what an adventure it turned out to be! Great new consultancy (i.e. sales-driven) experience with media analysis, in-depth interviews, and focus group brainstorm sessions. More project management experience with multi/cross-media development. While hugely adding to my writing and interviewing skills. Yes, tech and visualization are booming. And STILL it is all about storytelling!
