As President of Nicol Pattern, I am responsible for all sales and billing as well as managing our team of dedicated and skilled machinists. I also serve as the liaison between engineers, marketing professionals and the manufacturing team as well as overseeing all project design. Additionally, I continue to manage project scheduling, customer relations, material procurement and oversee that all machine work and finishing work is done to both the client's and Nicol Pattern's high quality control standards

As Project Manager, I was responsible for a variety of tasks including ensuring the shop was a clean and safe environment at all times. I performed machine maintenance, machine work, finish work, oversaw material procurement and ensured that all quality control procedures were completed to the high standards we require. In addition, I also spent time working in customer relations handling project scheduling, ensuring we met deadlines and also helped with trade show setup ensuring that our clients had not only the best possible model, but that it was set up in a timely and skilled fashion at their event.
