For several (European) projects I am working as a recruiter. Some of the tasks my function entails are being a single point of contact for an organisation, coordinating the entire recruitment process between client's hiring managers and local ManpowerGroup recruiters, assisting during peak season with the search and selection, telephone interviews, reference checks, applicant management, job posting and advertising activities and maintain accurate facts and figures reports.

Searching and selecting people from a starter level to managerial level for jobs within several branches. I use jobboards and social media for finding the candidate most fit to the employers wishes and vice versa. The STAR-interview technique and a assessment are used to select the best candidate. Acquisition of new clients, building long term relationships with clients and candidates, and organizing several events are also part of the job. Advising university students of applied sciences about their career opportunities was an extra.

Making analysis of the private situation, and providing advice in their personal situation. Subjects I discuss are fiscal items, annual results, their retirement funds, social security, investments and several law subjects.
