The Festival of Gemütlichkeit transforms Tampa’s downtown Curtis Hixon Park into the city’s largest, waterfront beer garden. Soak in the sprawling downtown views and beautiful sunsets, as the park buzzes with live music, dancing, dirndls and lederhosen. A variety of beers from traditional German Pils, a Wheat, the Dunkel and Oktoberfest märzens will all be available throughout the festival. Festival goers are encouraged to participate in the wide range of custom-crafted Oktoberfest Games that foster fun challenges to win cool prizes and more importantly, the bragging rights. Games are free to play and challenges include: Stein Hoisting, Keg stacking, Tug-O-War, Brat Toss, Carry the Wench and much more. Individuals and teams competitions are available. Reliant International Media produced direct response shows selling hundreds of consumer products in different markets across the globe every year.  A large portion of the infomercials we produced were for the Home Shopping Network (HSN).  Reliant also had strategic partnership deals with QVC London, HSN Europe (Germany) and Shop TV in Canada. Reliant spearheaded a new show titled “USA Live” for UK programming.  Digital Media Alliance of Florida - Board PositionI was a board member of the Digital Media Alliance of Florida (501c6) and led efforts for communicating with key leaders and creative business owners on representing the film industry for the Gulf Coast Region in the State of Florida. We were effectively in changing legislation for more productions to qualify for incentives, resulting in the growth of the film and media industry throughout Tampa Bay.

Full year of infomercial planning, production and post for Hartman Media Group - a PR firm with over 18 years of experience handling promotions for the entertainment industry. HMG started its roots with an office in LA for 15 years, with clients that included the late, great Bob Hope, Forrest Whitaker & DEVO, as well as Mitzi Shore’s Comedy Club on Sunset Blvd. Terri Hartman, the owner, called on me when they started planning a half hour show for an oil-portrait company. Throughout a 12 month period, we scheduled studio, broll and interview shoots monthly which demanded calling people from all over the US who had been a past recipient of one of these portraits, and encouraging them to send their paintings in and come to Tampa and tell their story on TV. My responsibilities started with concept and pre-production, hiring and managing production staff, organizing and managing production budgets, talent management, floor directing, and overall management of the production process.
