Project Manager / Software EngineerPhilips Applied Technology Aug 1995 - Oct 2000Eindhoven Area, Netherlands• Developed machine control software (mainly closed loop motion applications), amongst others for the first generation wafer scanners of ASML.• Managed a project for the development of a laser milling machine on the basis of an existing 5-axis CNC machine.• Led the consortium for MOTION, a European Brite-Euram project. The consortium consisted of five companies and two universities from different European countries. The project resulted in two demonstrators that showed the feasibility of the application of linear motors for metal machining equipment.
