Als pragmatisch jurist combineer ik in mijn werk kennis van privacy/ AVG met een procesmatige, klantgerichte benadering (black belt lean). Vanuit die invalshoek help ik organisaties persoonsgegevens te beschermen, te voldoen aan de AVG, het vormgeven van hun privacy(beleid). Dat doe ik vanuit de rol van externe Functionaris Gegevensbescherming, Privacy Officer of privacy jurist. Daarbij streef ik er naar om met privacy waarde toe te voegen aan de organisatie.In mijn boek "Efficiënt werken met de AVG” leg ik uit hoe je de principes van leanmanagement toe kunt passem in je werk. Deze bewezen management theorie heeft een aantal tools die zeer bruikbaar zijn in de privacy praktijk.As a pragmatic lawyer I combine in my work knowledge of privacy / GDPR with a process-based approach with the cliënt as a starting point (black belt lean). From this perspective, I help organizations to protect personal data, comply with the GDPR and develop their privacy policy. I have roles as external Data Protection Officer and Privacy Officer. In addition, I strive to add value to the organization with privacy. In my book “Lean management, working efficiently with the GDPR” I explain how I apply the principles of lean management in my work. This proven management theory has a number of tools that are very useful in privacy practice.
