The company was established to form a new Australian Bank focusing on the needs of Asian migrants. Our team works with accredited brokers & their clients to understand their needs & provide innovative solutions structured to meet all objectives.The In Life Services teams comprise experienced bankers who provide market leading asset finance solutions to clients introduced to the Bank via accredited intermediaries. We help customers manage their working capital & access the income producing equipment they need to be successful.I complete assessment of new finance requests, primarily in the Novated Lease and Commercial Tool of Trade for Operating Leases across the end to end sales process, and in-life contract maintenance including extensions, novation of existing agreements and assignments. I am involved in strategy development and am key stakeholder management for existing accounts, as well as developing new contacts and relationships. Secondment opportunity to project manage the Business & Private Bank Sales & Relationship Excellence Program. Further to this, I continued to support the Business Banking SME Strategy and Sales Support team as business unit representatives on a number of change projects. I worked effectively to manage the competing priorities of various business units and successfully launched a national change program that specifically targeted behavioral, systems and processes changes in the way client conversations are conducted, ensuring customer objectives are the focus, and that the sales process becomes solutions based not product focused. This had a significant amount of senior stakeholder engagement.SME on Commercial Discharge Project. The project’s mission was to deliver a simpler and easier commercial discharge process for our customers and our people. Our target was to reduce the rework rate for work sent into processing services from 57% to 10%. The process has delivered a reduction in rework to 8% and the solutions have simplified the process on many fronts.

I led a high performing team of Business Bankers across Canberra region. We specialised in partnering with SME's with turnover generally up to $10M and meeting their needs which includes debt, working capital, asset and equipment finance, home & investment lending, merchant & e-commerce solutions, SMSF and transactional banking requirements.A particular focus was people engagement which resulted in a top 88 percentile rating for employee engagement in the annual people and culture survey.
