o Build and lead a team of 6 designers and art directors in multiple locations. o Establishing clear guidelines, templates and specifications for creative requirements across products (programatic, interactive video engagements, OOH).o Communicating and monitoring all creative guidelines and specifications.o Lead the creation of mockups, wireframes, and UI/UX solutions for new products to support soldwork, proactive opportunities and product development.o Be a stakeholder on the Creative Studio’s Creative Standards committee.o Manage creative costs and budgets to ensure the Ad Studio is accurately estimating costs, timelines & level of efforts, as well as ensure accurate pacing of projected work.o Collaborate with other members of the Ad Studio, Account, Sales, Ad Ops & Product to develop creative and innovative attention advertising.o Manage 3rd party relationships including, but not limited to, scheduling, art direction, training and performance reviews.

Currently (2024-2025): Communiation lead at the School of Schools program in partnership with Danish philantropic iniciative Re:Arc working with indigenous communities in the Amazon region of Colombia.
