My main activities in the current position includes giving legal advice to different clients on loan agreements, syndicated loan agreements, governmental agencies (IFC, IDB, FMO, DEG and other multilateral agencies) lending, stock and bond issuances, debt (public and private) restructuring, banking issues, Central Bank regulations, derivatives, general commercial law. Among many other activities, I have been actively involved in teamwork through due diligence, planning, drafting of legal documents and arranging execution of such documents and closing of legal transactions, mainly corporate finance, M&A transactions and securities offerings. I am also deeply involved in preparing and executing filings with the Argentine’s Securities and Exchange Commission (CNV), the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and the Central Bank of Argentina. I have also a strong experience in advising clients on Central Bank criminal proceedings related to alleged breach of forex regulations and drafting briefs in the wake of complex litigation procedures, including bankruptcy and criminal proceedings.

Legal advise on corporate, securities and other capital markets’ related issues. Legal analysis of bonds, stock and trust units issuances. Assistance on drafting speeches to the stock exchange chairman. Introduction to the stock exchange for international visitors.

Multiple tasks at Secretariats nbr. 21 and 22, e.g. reception desk, dispatch and drafting of rulings on nullities, proof discovery, incidental issues, summary proceedings rulings. Assistant to the judge on drafting final lower court’s rulings.
