About Nico Riphagen

De dag beginnen met een drive om aan de slag te gaan en nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan. Soms een trede terug, maar altijd weer streven naar twee omhoog. Goede en enthousiaste mensen om me heen verzamelen, toffe dingen doen met elkaar, doelen stellen en ervoor gaan. Zo vul ik graag mijn tijd in, voor en met collega’s en partners.De afgelopen jaren heb ik in mijn algemene en commerciële directierollen, mijn creativiteit, ervaring en enthousiasme goed kwijt gekund. Beleid maken, budgetteren, relaties onderhouden, bouwen aan een stabiel team, nieuwe diensten introduceren, ..... een stukje van een lange lijst aan bezigheden. En is er ook focus? Zeker, ik zou het 'breed betrokken, diep onderlegd en situationeel gefocust' willen noemen.
