As Equipment Director for COSAR, I oversee the maintenance and reliability of COSAR's equipment to ensure that we are in service and able to respond to a call for service. Equipment includes snowmobiles, ATV's, UTV, response vehicles and various technical rescue equipment.

• Manage all aspects of the active mine sites that we operate, including personnel, Mines Act, Electrical Code and Electricity in Mines standard compliance, safety, maintenance, and deliverables• Operate and maintain all heavy equipment onsite including cone crushers, loader, dozer, rock truck and excavator.• Ensure personnel safety through communication, PPE, education of safe work practices and daily safety meetings• Ensure quality control of the product coming off of the plant, communicating with the clients and maximizing operational efficiency • Display teamwork and communication with personnel on the mine site for safety and functionality • Coordinate relocation of equipment to each mine site, site planning, and quality assurance of product.• Upgrade defective and inefficient aspects of the plant to bolster safety and productivity

• Developed a semi-automated vinyl nosing machine• Optimized the company’s current vinyl nosing manufacturing process • Designed the electrical layout and requirements that constrain the project• Programed the logic control and designed the human machine interface

• Performed various system analytics’ with excel to determine effective expenditure of capital budget• Utilized Cyme, Loadseer, Ion Enterprise and ArcGIS continually on a daily basis• Evaluated system assets to determine replacement or redesign are required• Performed site visits to accurately identify assets in the field• Balanced workload between various projects to ensure critical project deliverables were met• Created Class 4 detailed scope’s and estimate’s for capital design projects spanning the next 5-6 years• Coordinated with Designers, Technicians and Project Manager to ensure accurate and practical estimates

• Assisted in design and coordination of engineering projects contracted to the engineering department; typically involving low, medium and high voltage transmission lines as well as PLC controls• Created high level AutoCAD drawings and schematics• Sourced equipment and materials necessary for various projects• Dynamically balance workload priorities to ensure project timeline adherence• Commissioned projects onsite ensuring proper functionality and accurate as-built drawing sets

• Multi tasked while maintaining the golf course and upholding customer service to golfers during their round to not impede nor disturb their play.• The grounds department had many ongoing jobs at once that requires self driven people to often complete tasks by them self with little supervision.

• Effectively communicated the techniques and methodology of skiing to students in a way such that they will advance in skill by the end of a lesson.• Lessons mainly consisted of toddlers and pre teens. This gave a unique challenge to always keep their attention while not entirely tiring them out. Mt Seymour hired me on mid season because of my good report with the Ski and Snowboard School through the volunteer program at Mt Seymour that I participated in for 2 years.
