Systems Security Administrator
Current- Cybersecurity Oversight: Lead cybersecurity efforts to protect the organization from potential threats, proactively monitoring systems, responding to active threats, and deploying security measures to mitigate vulnerabilities.- Threat Resolution & Response: Investigate, resolve, and report on security incidents, ensuring continuous protection of organizational assets through tools such as SentinelOne, Rapid7, and Azure Security services.- Systems Monitoring & Maintenance: Oversee the health and security of the company’s IT infrastructure, testing and deploying patches, and maintaining secure and efficient systems across the organization.- Automation & Process Improvement: Develop and implement automation processes using PowerShell and other tools to streamline routine administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency.Image Deployment & Device Management: Designed and deployed a master system image for new computers, creating a standardized deployment process for seamless onboarding of new devices.- Conditional Access & Security Policies: Strengthened organizational security by creating conditional access policies in Azure, blocking non-compliant and out-of-country devices from accessing company resources.- Cloud & Infrastructure Management: Manage and maintain cloud-based systems and services using Azure, vCloud Director, Hyper-V, and Manage Engine UEMS, ensuring reliable performance and compliance.- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues both in person and via MS Teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration on IT initiatives and security projects.Tools & Technologies: Experienced in using Azure, ManageEngine UEMS, vCloud Director, Rapid7, SentinelOne, GoDaddy, Mimecast, Hyper-V, Intune, and Infosec to manage IT environments.
