Hi, I'm Nico (my last name is a bit more difficult, it's originally from Croatia^^),I'm a young and open minded person, passionate about entrepreneurship, digital marketing, startups, football, health and the good life. :)I started very boringly with a business degree, but very early (2005/2006) I found my passion for digital marketing, technologies, (future-oriented) innovations and solutions with added value. At a great training company (thanks HERMA) I was able to learn a lot early on and above all take on responsibility.Then the step to the next level. The first time I had management responsibility and successfully built up an online / e-commerce department from scratch. At frechverlag GmbH / WEKA Holding (one of the largest media groups in Germany), I was able to deepen my knowledge and also make a big difference in high-level management and in large innovation projects.After 3 years the move to the other side. As CEO of a now established online marketing agency (EOM - Effektiv Online-Marketing GmbH) I was able to learn, experience, shape and build a lot (ups and downs, successes and failures). For the first time, I was able to fully apply my passion for entrepreneurship - this passion was already present when I was a teenager. Why? I've always found it fascinating to create, build, watch something grow, and to do it together with great, like-minded people on a team, all working together towards a common goal. I love to develop things "from the scratch" and bring a positive and sustainable added value to society with my entrepreneurial activities.In parallel, I built my mind-nutrition venture (BIOLOA), which was meant to serve as an "experimental field" and site business.Today, with NMW Ventures GmbH (my holding company) and a great cooperation team of wonderful individuals, I have the opportunity to positively shape the future. With our upcoming start-up (more to come ;-)) we create an environment where everyone likes to work (remotely) and we can pursue a common passion to realize ourselves as a team and achieve ambitious goals together.
