Work Right NW is a cutting edge corporation that aims to build and reinforce a culture of safety in the workforce. Work Right NW integrates Corporate Wellness Centers into the work environment to assist employees in achieving workplace wellness. Further, Work Right NW provides the expertise and knowledge to audit, train and mentor on safety policies. Our goal is to provide for all needs of the safety culture by implementing proper policy, providing for the needs of the people and creating the road map for change to a dynamic safety culture.

Am an active part of the Leadership Team coordinating the medical side of the Compassion Ridgefield Event. We facilitate a 1 day health clinic that is set up at the local middle school. We organize a group of over 300 volunteers to provide full service dental care, physician visits, nursing triage, diabetic testing and consultation, podiatric assessments, eye exams, audiology exams, a food closet, and a clothing fair. Compassion Ridgefield is free to the underprivileged and an opportunity for the local medical community to serve our community. It is truly a humbling experience and I am honored to be a part of this program.

I was the lead physical therapist at the clinic managing components of the daily operations at the clinic for my final 2 years there. Marketed to physicians, coordinated monthly staff meetings and training sessions and handled personnel issues. I also provided orthopedic, manual physical therapy services to an orthopedic patient population that was largely based in outpatient post-surgical rehabilitation.
