I was a Senior Project Manager on a 57-story tower project valued at $379 million. The project included eight underground stories of parking and was surrounded on three sides by occupied buildings. My responsibilities encompassed managing all buyouts, change management, subcontract buyout and execution, scheduling updates, and trade scheduling. I worked with the owner to resolve any open issues promptly and conducted OAC and other necessary meetings. Additionally, I managed design clashes and advocated for swift resolutions to any design conflicts. I oversaw interior trades and managed 32 subcontractors with a team of four staff members.
