I want to add that most of my work now at Anadeea is backend development and the main technologie used is PHP. We don't use a well known framework like Laravel, Symfony or CakePHP, but a in-house framework, developed over 10 years.I started with small projects, "one page" products or small modifications on already implemented features;I also had to learn about how SQL/MySQL databases are working with PHP;I added a new product to the company portfolio, a small CMS platform for companies websites;Participated in the development of a national network websites owned by Anadeea in which I had to implement an ad system;We launched an important update to the ecommerce platform due to the need of mobile presence;I've worked very well with 3'rd parties in implementing online payments, billing or delivery systems with our platform;My presence on clients meetings was almost always required in converting the client needs into a final new feature of his online shop because of my overall understanding of the all process.

After learning how to edit photos, I've started juggle with banners and ads;In the company portfolio were also some pharmaceutical and book stores which had some phisical printed materials. This got me into magazine templates and mockup using programs like Quark and CorelDraw;Templates and mockups in phisical world have their correspondent in the online enviroment. So I started learning HTML and CSS and develop new ideas for our client's online shops;New ideas meant, sometimes, the need to adapt your infrastructure or to add new parts to it. So my new view took me in the jQuery and Javascript component of my evolution in Anadeea that led to a better understanding of UI/UX ingredient;But my stubbornness in implementing this new ideas weren't always sufficient and accepted by the development department, so again, I had to get into another field, PHP programming that led to another promotion.

Anadeea is a small advertising company with most of its services targeting online environment. Their ecommerce platform "evolution" gathered more than 100 clients in over 10 years of experience.I've started with a part time job at Anadeea, which later would become my second home.Understanding the CMS platform behind the ecommerce platform they were developing;To document about new products and gather all the information in an specific structure for a good online experience for the end user and also for search engines;Contributing to the development of the backend (cms) and frontend (ecommerce platform) by submitting new ideas for future features;Adding new products to the online shop, which involved photo editing for the product images, which led me to learning Photoshop and a promotion.

The Mediation Council was established by a romanian law on mediation and organizing the mediator profession.In this short period I spent at the Mediation Council I've been in contact with some strict procedures and a very good planning of activities;I was responsible for adding new prospects in the system and issue their documents;I also got to work and understand their archive department;
