In 2006 I decided to confront my fear of public speaking. What I didn't know when I took up the challenge is how it would change my career and life path - I discovered my passion for training and the ability to spot the potential and improvement in others.Following my new-found passion in all its forms I slowly discovered the coaching methodology, which I considered to be a perfect match for my goals and objectives: helping people realise their full potential.At bemore we believe that the greatest thing that could be done for someone else is to teach them ”how” rather than telling them ”the what”.
