I also managed our telemedicine book of business working with over 1,300 employer groups, covering over 90,000 employee lives. Responsibilities included benefit implementation, plan renewal, account management, and employee eligibility file feed integrations.

Discovery Benefits is a Third-Party Administration (TPA) company located in Fargo, ND. In my role as a Benefits Implementation Manager, I was responsible for the successful setup of program plans for both new and existing clients. I served as the implementation lead coordinating all implementation-related tasks to ensure the successful onboarding of Flexible Spending Accounts, Health Savings Accounts, Commuter Benefits, and Health Reimbursement Arrangement plans. I supported employee benefits consultants and human resource staff in this role with their new benefit plans and vendor transitions. I was responsible for coordinating the implementation across departments, including Sales, Client Support Services, Operations, Claims, Integration Analysts, and Participant Services, for ensuring alignment with implementation deliverables and milestones. I did this by providing regular communication, and discussion recaps to all project stakeholders, internally and externally.

I was responsible for assisting participants by answering questions, solving problems, and educating them on their benefit plans. I assisted participants via incoming calls and emails using high customer service standards. I was also part of the hands-on training team.
