I also communicate and collaborate with experts, clients, and colleagues to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the research findings.I have a strong educational background in human resources management/personnel administration, which I obtained from Riphah International University. There, I gained valuable knowledge and experience in managing and developing human capital, which I apply to my current role as a research analyst. Before joining Silverlight, I worked as a network operations center engineer at ONESTEP TELECOM LIMITED for over four years, where I monitored, troubleshooted, and maintained the network infrastructure and services. I also completed an internship trainee program at Ferguson Enterprises, where I learned the basics of network engineering and administration. My core competencies include network administration, analytical skills, business research, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork. I am passionate about learning new technologies and trends, and applying them to improve business performance and customer satisfaction. My goal is to become a leading research analyst in the field of network and telecommunications, and to contribute to the advancement and innovation of the industry.
