• Experience of handling integration and commissioning of network elements (switching / transmission system & BSS/NSS System). • O&M Management for end to end telecom network.• Creating a framework of network-based KPIs critical for ensuring end-to-end QoS and optimizing the network.• Co-ordination with Infratel & Ericsson Team for Site implementation.• Working with Project and Planning Team. • Budgeting, Cost monitoring & Trouble shooting.• Assist in The Development And Up Keep Of Network And Equipment.• Monitoring 100% system uptime.• Interaction with BSNL & other telecom operators for Point of Interconnect (POI) & other inter operator related issues.
