Responsibilities:✔️ Raise, manage, and track Purchase Orders.✔️ Check lab dips/strike offs /trims and bulk fabric submissions and submit for final approval.✔️ Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, buyers, and logistics companies to ensure smooth import and export processes. ✔️ Having strong understanding of textile product specifications, including fabric construction, dyeing, and finishing techniques, and textile testing standards.✔️ Negotiating pricing and delivery terms. ✔️ Ensuring compliance with import and export regulations and laws, including obtaining the necessary licenses and permits,CBM calculation also..✔️ Proficient in using industry-specific software such as ERP systems, Safari,and MS Office.✔️ Production management and planning (cutting, stitching, cropping, checking, pressing, packing, embroidery, printing, washing).✔️ Understanding of sampling approval, fabric, trims, styling, designing, workmanship, measurement and appearance.✔️ Creating and managing purchase orders, P& L (Profit & Loss) calculation,Inventory control and planning (fabric and accessories).✔️ Managing documentation related to import and export processes, including customs forms, bills of lading, and commercial invoices.✔️ Developing and implementing strategies to minimize risk and maximize profitability in international trade. ✔️ Communicating with other departments within the company, including sales,finance, and production, to ensure that import and export processes are aligned with overall business objectives.✔️ Monitoring and analyzing market trends to inform business strategy. ✔️ Resolving any issues that arise during the import and export process, including delays, damages, and customs issues.

Brador and Converse amongst others.Responsibilities and Achievements:✔️ Handling all the functions in the allocated division of merchandising and sampling.✔️ Communicating with the buyers the best alternatives of garments with best possible follow-up.✔️ Meeting deadlines of the projects by shipping it through export department by catering costing, fabric consumption and on time trims deliveries.✔️ Doing MRP (Material Resource planning) of all the imported and local accessories.✔️ Actively involved with the pre-production departments like R&D, PPC, and Fabric Division.✔️ Monitor the collection of raw material as per the T&A plan.✔️ Ensure the quantity & quality of raw material collected from supplier.✔️ Handling the Inquiries of the sampling (Proto sample, FIT Samples, PP sample, TOP samples).✔️ Monitor the garments production progress as per T&A plan.✔️ Monitor the desired quality level of the produced garments.✔️ Monitor garments packing instruction.✔️ Monitor the shipment arrangements as per T&A plan.✔️ Maintain continuous liaison with buyer.✔️ Dealing in queries of customers and new development of products in coordination.✔️ Costing of knitted garment.
