My role involved managing the recruitment process, which included posting job listings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews. To handle applications, I utilized Recruitee as our applicant tracking system. I worked closely with all departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration. Additionally, I developed policies and structured the human resources system for our employees, ensuring that they were implemented successfully. I also facilitated the finalization of employment contracts and the onboarding and offboarding of employees.

Karachi

As the HR representative, my responsibilities included implementing HR policies and programs based on the needs of the business. I ensured that job descriptions for all positions were accurate and up to date. I conducted performance reviews with department managers, monitored employee productivity, and assessed their performance results. Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining employee records, talent search and acquisition, and handling the recruitment process. I also communicated with vendors to fulfill administrative needs.

As part of my role, I reviewed the performance of all staff members and was responsible for recruiting the entire team. I also built strategic partnerships with relevant local organizations and ensured that job descriptions for all positions were accurate and up-to-date. Performance evaluations were conducted every six months. Additionally, I oversaw the overall program and field team, and facilitated the development of training modules and manuals. Whenever necessary, I conducted training sessions. I also provided mental health services to rape survivors.
