 Maintain record of all the lectures and learning materials to the students Write an updated technical report for IPR summarizing the activities, outputs for the quarter and suggesting any recommendations for further improvements Edit and review print products submitted by reporters/journalists Arrange and organize seminars, events and meetings Produce and manage content for the department’s official website Manage data records of the produced reports based on development, gender sensitive and health Draft emails, write ups for the website, success stories or any other reports Record keeping/achieving of all related documents  Manage the review process of the audio, print and video assignments developed by journalists Liaise with participants, trainers, external guest speakers, partners and other important stakeholders

 Prepare teaching materials that may include visual aids, handouts, lecture notes, assignments & examination papers Maintain effective & accurate records of attendance with lesson dates Maintain student progress reports Mark & assess students work as accurately as possible  To recommend appropriate changes to the curriculum at the end of each semester

 Plan & deliver well-structured lessons which engage & motivate students Support the school in implementing the curriculum effectively Manage resources effectively & ensure value for money Organize & support a range of extra-curricular activities
