- General coordination of Sales & Marketing strategy for all hotels in the Group- Full interaction and reporting to the Members of the Board of the Hotel Group- Contracting process for Tour & Travel customers- Negotiations and contracting for MICE segment- New business development with an aim to maximize revenues through researches, telesales, companies’ visits, competitors’ site inspections- Management and task setting for the Papillon Hotels Sales and Marketing Team- Business generation from all feeder markets. Participation in trade shows, exhibitions and market development business trips- Achievement of the settled revenue and occupancy rate for a financial year- Active participation in the budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring that all targets are achievable and realistic with a constant growth from year to year- Operating accordingly to an annual budget’s guidelines and its monitoring. Controlling on a constant basis all departmental costs in order to ensure performance in accordance to the budget. Thereby maximization of the revenue to ensure profitability achievement for the hotels- Being a part of the key business decisions making team that controls the optimum market mix based on the budget, market conditions and recent forecasts.- Preparation required statistical reports- Awareness about the current market trends, competitive sets. Monitor and evaluating- Complete knowledge of the product - hotels and the services their offers. Concept’s creation and development- Working with social media in order to ensure constant PR and interaction with current and prospective guests- Development of the loyalty program and coordination of the CRM system. Evaluation of guest satisfaction through data from the questionnaires and cooperation with the Guest relation departments of the hotels
