Operation Logistic ManagerShift Engineering Transport Enterprises Oct 2011 - Mar 2014Khartoum - Sudan1. Ensure that Trucks Drivers carry out their duties effectively in accordance to their Job Descriptions. 2. Responsible for formulation Route Planning as well as the updating of Transport Route Matrix. 3. Ensure correctness and registering accurate information onto all documents and responsible to produce timely daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and Annual Reports. 4. Liaise with Assistant Transport Manager to obtain Weekly / Monthly Transport Plans to ascertain projected volume and measure these against actual volume moved. 5. Responsible for accident Management and to report any accidents within 24hrs to all respective parties in accordance to SHIFTENG Normative guidelines. 6. Ensure that any breakdown or trucks stuck are recovered in the shortest possible timeframe and take the necessary action required with all parties concerned. 7. Ensure that all legal documentation and records pertaining to the vehicles are well maintained and kept and up to date, with emphasis on Insurance and annual inspections. 8. Ensure that all vehicles undergo regular scheduled preventative maintenance on a timely basis and that all unscheduled maintenance is carried out in the most efficient manner in close coordination of the Workshop Manager. 9. Ensure that the fuel dispatches plan is availed and satisfied in due time involving Company available fleet.10. Coordinate with Workshop Manager and senior driver to avail the most possible fleet for operations in order to avoid commercial fuel transporting. 11. Management and monitoring of fleet using Global Positioning System (GPS) plus reporting of all drivers on duty misconduct. 12. Responsible for HSE culture implementation, supervision and dissemination among drivers and all related staff.

Prepare local purchase order LPO.Tracking the management and fellow up to receive the approved LPO.Purchasing the parts in the same day or next day max.Preparing consignment notes for the parts and send it to the site through the suitable carrier.Following up the receipt of the parts to the site after sending all transportation information about the parts.Coordinate with Sagai workshop coworkers for the maintenance and/or required spare parts for trucks or stock and process their issues.Tracking with Sagai workshop the purchases of tires and batteries, serial numbers.Receive all invoices (Performa or final) from suppliers for checking and forward to finance for payment with all supporting documents.Analyze data and prepare monthly report of parts purchased per site.
