 Played a key role in increasing the branch liabilities portfolios. Pioneered the reorganization of the branch in the networking branches which included 50% of the entire bank’s customer base and most of the corporate clients @ that time as well.  Led the Direct Sale team of 60’s staff during the absence of Head of Direct Sale

Markhiya Branch

 Upgrading the branch classification during my role from class “B” branch to class “A” branch achieved with the support of team which includes 60% of local subordinates/ employees. Augmented the assets portfolio by 7x to build customer relations and ensure profitability for the upcoming years. Played a key role in recording the higher IPO contributions.
