at MRF Quattro Towers_Erbil, Gulan St.MRF Group.in The Quattro Towers ProjectPosition: Senior Project Architect.Responsibilities: Re-Designing some ''function changed areas'' and producing the detailed plans for them.  Interior design and works of the public areas of the project A to Z. Producing detailed working drawings for the team. Resolving problems and issues that arise during the construction. Regular site visits to check on progress ensuring that the team is working effectively and keeping to the time schedule and budget. Reviewing work reports and submitting them to keep the management updated about the status of the projects. Approve materials. Build up the material order sheets.

 Coordinating the team effort to complete the job promptly. Producing detailed working drawings for the team. Resolving problems and issues that arise during the construction. Regular site visits to check on progress ensuring that the team is working effectively and keeping to the time schedule and budget. Reviewing work reports and submitting them to keep the management updated about the status of the projects. Approve construction. Approve materials. Draw up the budget. Preparing tenders and BOQ s for the sub activities. Negotiating with the contractors. Raising RFI s to the main designers, follow up and keeping a log of all outgoing and incoming mail. Raising material submission to the main designers and keep a record of all revisions reaching to the approval. Following up and reviewing the shop drawings with the sub-contractor until approval.

 Consult with other engineers and architects. Evaluate blue prints and plans for potential construction problems. Ensure that the building plans are according to code. Determine the structural integrity of a building. Make changes to specific systems, such as lighting or heating, to improve safety and power saving.

 Provide shop drawings and cutting lists.  Assess cost-effectiveness of various options. Recommend specific upgrades and changes to increase efficiency.
