I am handling the accounts supervision of 3 companies under the group which they are : Grand Prix Racing Company Life Park Development Company HADAF Sports Entertainment Company Nature of job handled for the three companies :* Controls all daily transactions of the accounting department and follows-up on Payables. * Prepares and approves monthly financial statements: Balance Sheets, Profit and Loss, Cash flow analysis, and Sales Reports. * Prepares monthly statements, monthly closing of a/c's* Prepares, analyzes and reviews budgets and expenditures of the company with the guidance of the General Manager. * Supervises necessary inventories &Reconcile all Banks a/c* Monitors cash Flow and bank position with the supervision of the Financial Controller and follow up the bank loans. * Reviews all HR documents and end of service reports. * Reconciliate accounts with subsidiaries and affiliate co's * Coordinates with the HR regarding payrolls and benefit plans.* Preparing the financial & admin policies & procedures.. * Plans, organizes, trains and directs the work of accounting department.* Settlement of all issues related to VAT & Zakah Authority.

SGSF has been separated from GulfSAF group and became a joint limited liability company located in Dammam / KSA owned by two big Saudi companies and one Indian company and its activity is to recycle the lube used oil . I was reporting to General Manager . Group Of Co's is one of the largest companies located in Al Hasa / KSA and consist of many companies dealing with Trade, Industry, Services and Construction business.Al Hasa Bakery is one of the Group companies having many branches all over KSA and other Gulf countries.I was reporting to Finance Manager.Nature of job handled: ( each one handled separately ) * Account's Payable ( local & international suppliers ) .* Fixed Assets of the group. * Monthly bank reconciliations.
