* Coordinate, execute and manage site supervision, design review, planning, project monitoring and testing & commissioning.* Advise Project Management Team and the Client on technical matters related to procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of all mechanical equipment.* Attend all tests in factories and at site required for successful completion of the project, and handing over of assets to the relevant authorities.* Maintain a detailed diary of the day's work activities, issues, work approved or rejected, hours of operation, labour and equipment used, etc. and sign at the end of each day.* Interface with the public, especially residents and business owners adjacent to the work to mitigate the construction impacts.* Attend to Inspection Requests (IR's) submitted by the contractor and take appropriate action in a timely manner.* Monitor quality of works and assess the safety at site including health and environmental issues, ensuring the same complies with contracts ,safety and health risk assessment and environmental mitigating measures respectively on a daily basis.* Prepare Surveillance Reports) for deficiencies of work found at site that are believed to have failed or if the contractor is not complying with verbal instructions and subsequently complete a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) if required in view of the development of events.* Provide technical input and experiences to resolve any discipline related issues on site that may arise.* Oversee and inspect all mechanical work and ensure that installation activities comply with contractual obligations and quality control standards.* Receive material inspection requests (MIR) from contractor, inspect electrical & instrumentation materials delivered at site and report on quantity and technical compliance and sign off requests.* Prepare/complete the necessary documentation prior to inspection of the Works

• Responsible for carrying out the Design, Installation and Maintenance for the MEP works of Qatar Armed force Projects and Hospital Projects• Responsible for overseeing the design, installation of all mechanical services including special services such as Medical gas , Pneumatic tubing systems, Compressed Air system and Foam system• Ensures that all the works done are in accordance with the approved construction drawings, contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards whether local, national, or international standards.• Preparing and submitting IR’s and attending mechanical services inspections • Perform engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to validate designs and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.• Assist in the preparation of technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.• Reviews and evaluates the MEP design including drawings and technical specifications. • Review and provide inputs on value engineering exercises and in selecting proper constructability methods based on design and functionality.• Meeting with client and attending inspections to close out all the Hold back comments.

• Provide the planning input and responsible for overseeing the design, installation and maintenance of all the MEP works of Hospital Projects, Commercial Projects, Residential projects and Rail projects.• Responsible for overseeing the Design and Installation of special services such as Medical gas and Pneumatic tubing systems• Preparing and submitting IR’s and attending mechanical services inspections with client• Initiate and manage upstream schedule for MEP subcontracts and MEP designs• Final Handover Documentation such as-built documents and drawings, for the performance tests, the commissioning and hand over, the snagging and snagging reports• Produce Engineering documents to include assembly drawings, installation drawings, service pages, and engineering test specifications.• Perform classical engineering analysis on designs as well as Lead in the design, development & testing.• Analyze and solve technical problems and provide solutions that can be implemented in a timely manner.• Keeping a track of schedules for all MEP Materials, Shop Drawings and Method Statements.• Securing approval for all MEP Shop Drawings, Method Statement, and Material Approval Certificate (MAC) depending on the Master Construction Program (MCP).• Submitting RFI for MEP works. Allocating tasks to Draftsman and Document Controller; maintaining regular follow up to ensure compliance with quality & time parameters
