Extensive familiarity with the preparation of storm water quality reports and WQMP, SWPPP and NPDES storm water program requirements for municipal and construction activities. Responsible for management of daily design team workload/progress of Street design, Water, Sewer, Storm drain and Grading and hydrology and hydraulics, retaining walls structural calculations for a wide variety of private projects ranging in size from mid to large residential and commercial projects. Extensive design experience includes all aspects of subdivision design including grading/earthwork design, street/road design for all surface improvements, and infrastructure utilities, water, sewer, and storm drain design. Drainage experience includes the handling of major drainage basins with regards to capacity, storage of detention basins, Also using the Rational method to determine the Q100 and Q10 by using AES software and sizing the pipe, using Water Surface Elevation software (wspg1) and catch basing sizing (using AES softwares). Also using Civil Design Software, Unit Hydrograph to determine the Acre-feet need for the basin especially for large acres projects. Mr. Tizani has more than twenty (20) years of civil engineering and design experience in Russia, Lebanon and the United States. He was the owner and responsible engineer of a Civil Engineering firm in Tripoli, Lebanon providing land development, municipal engineering, inspections and consultant services to the private and public sectors throughout Lebanon. Mr. Tizani has extensive experience in preparing accurate plans, specifications and estimates for a wide variety of civil improvements, including streets, storm drain and flood control systems, wet utilities and site development. Utilizing his CADD design skills, he is very capable of incorporating field information, such as ground topography, aerial topography, geotechnical investigations and pavement evaluations, with design standards and client requirements in the preparation of complete and accurate engineered plans. Coupled with his engineering business background, Mr. Tizani is able to quickly identify client needs and project requirements in the completion of assigned tasks.
