CurrentManaging the Interior Design Department, multi- projects and activities from theconceptual phase, to the development phase and till to the completion of work orconstruction phase in an efficient and timely manner. Ensure compliance withlocal relevant regulations.Appraising client/project requirements and preparing interior design briefsincludes design and space requirements, scope of work and services, budget anddurationLeading the design team in all aspects of design development from pre-conceptto post constructionConceptualize the company’s Project designs requirements; prepare thearchitectural drawings, define interior design projects scope, goals anddeliverablesManage the preparation of all relevant drawings and documents, required forobtaining the relevant approvals.Assist and guide design solutions, develop schedules and budgets.Organize or conduct regular site visits to supervise the Projects, to make sure thatthe work delivered by the Contractor is in orderly manner and that the quality ofwork is carried as per the agreed specifications.Preparing the 3D sketches, proposals and quotations for the clientsSupervising and executing the whole project.
