• Leading a small team of architects and technical staff through all stages of architectural services.• Preparing project brief, conceptual design of various types of projects.• Developing architectural drawings based on client feedback, project cost and time estimates of the project for final acceptance of client and top management.• Preparing plan for team responsibilities, provide clearly defined tasks for each team member in coordination with the Project Manager.• Managing projects from initial design stage right through to completion.• Coordinating with sub-consultants to align all disciplines (Estidama, Civil Defense, Landscaping….).• Managing time for each project to submit on the time.• Full coordination with STR and MEP.• Solving problem during design and coordination.• Following up and arranging all meeting with ADM, UPC, DOT and Clients.• Participate if required in the obtaining of all required permits and clearances.• Participate in the preparation of the tender documents (Bill of Quantities, Specifications, etc. ...).• Selecting the materials and contacting with suppliers.• Ensure all work is in accordance with country rules and regulations.

Duties & responsibilities:• Responsible in preparation of conceptual design for many villas and buildings.• Dealing with clients from first visit to issued permit and in construction stage.• Make co-ordination for projects between architectural, structural and MEP.• Participate in submit project (Abu Dhabi CLAB MOTOR MALL) to UPC.• Responsible for all project for company in WESTERN REGION • Using international codes in designing (IBC, NFPA, HANDICAPED CODE….) and local codes like (ADM REGULATION , CIVIL DEFENCE REGULATION , DOT REGULATION, UPC)• Head of projects coordination and tender drawings section.• Lead team of draftsman and junior architects.
