 Develop, understand and maintain the One EHS project plan. Provide support to communicate and manage all sections of the plan.  Responsible for safety administration, risk management, EHS training, medical and security-related issues that may impact personnel or overall site safety.  Participate in project planning meetings and Outage Readiness Reviews.  Review customers permit systems, including requirements for site posting of permits, LOTO, Hot Work, Confined Space procedures, and Field Core Lift Plans  Complete the security plan (non-US group I & II country safety plans) and verify with Security Team. Complete weekly site audits on the computer. Manage required compliance activities, including the implementation of in-country legislation and FC EHS programs. Conduct appropriate inspections and audits and ensure corrective actions are monitored and documented.  Complete document, and submit all required EHS reports and record keeping information.  Ensure medical preparedness and that facilities are readily available for all employees. Ensure that records are properly maintained.  Assist in Safety Risk Assessment development implementation as is necessary or required.  Ensure the chemical management program is followed.  Ensure that all employees adhere to the EHS policy, local regulations, and EHS FC programs.  Serve as direct liaison with end customer at the site in safety task planning with the project scope of work, conducting site audits, equipment, and PPE inspections.  Communicate regular updates regarding injury and illness awareness and mitigating measures.  Conduct internal audits and provide recommendations to improve audit performance. Establish good rapport with site personnel, other contractors, and customers.

• Monitor and report on the implementation of the approved HSE objective; produce HSSE performance reports as required. • Promptly alert Client functional management of accidents and incidents • Where appropriate, be involved in the investigation and ensure that the findings are reported, appropriately shared and closed out • Review accident and incident report; identify any trends and ensure that there is an appropriate response to prevent future occurrence • Attend and if required, chair HSSE meetings and take minutes for any corrective action; conduct and/or assist in HSE inductions • Review the EPC Contractors method statements, and be involved in Job Safety Assessments and monitor the implementation • Ensure HSSE system compliance and conduct the periodic review; conduct and assist in periodic site HSSE visits, reviews and audits. • Participate in monthly progress reviews with Client and the EPC Subcontractor progress reports and presentations, and in key client and EPC Contractor reviews and meetings as required
