My tasks as a patent examiner includes the following:• To determine if the legislative requirements are met (both technically and legally).• To determine whether the invention is new useful and inventive.• Communicates with applicants or patent attorneys the outcome of the analysis, and considers responses and submissions.• Approving the acceptance of a patent application.• Contributing in the development of patent examinations processes and systems.
