With over 20 years of experience in the database and cloud industry, I am a seasoned product leader with a passion for delivering innovative and customer-centric software products that enable real-time generative AI capabilities with unlimited scale and low latency. As the VP of Product Management at DataStax, I am heading the launch of Vector Search capabilities in the next generation, cloud-native DataStax Enterprise, the core database offering of the organization, which is powered by Kubernetes based, highly scalable control plane, Mission Control, for seamless and scalable database operations. Prior to DataStax, I led the Db2 Relational Database Containers Strategy and Roadmap on Redhat OpenShift and Cloud Pak for Data, IBM's Data and AI platform, as well as the Db2 for SAP roadmaps and product strategy. I also have extensive experience in agile methodologies, agile program management, and managing global development teams and project management office. My mission is to create value for customers, stakeholders, and partners by leveraging my expertise in generative AI, vector databases, relational, noSQL, and graph databases, complex cloud solutions, and agile and organizational transformations.
