Every Child is an international development charity working to stop children growing up vulnerable and alone. I was recruited as a consultant for a project that involved producing a working paper on the role of Gatekeeping Mechanisms in Strengthening Family Based Care and Reforming Alternative Care Systems. My responsibilities included:• Desk based literature review of child protection policy documents of around 70 countries• Collating information on child protection decision making processes for these countries

Honeywell Technology Solutions provides business and technology solutions in the aerospace, automotive, access control, and security sectors. My business unit provided information technology solutions to the automotive sector. Responsibilities:• Managed multiple projects with annual budget of ca. USD 800,000. • Resource and budget forecasting; Capacity Planning; Managing risks and issues in projects• Tracked progress of the projects to ensure timeliness and quality of deliverables• Team management - leading a team of 14 people• Coordinated with multiple stakeholders from China, France, India, and the USA • Created project documentation for use by internal teams and the clientsDuring this assignment, I received multiple awards for high quality of deliverables and timely execution of challenging projects.

Managed multiple projects and led a team of six people. I was additionally responsible for creating and presenting weekly reports on the financial health of approximately 40 projects to assist senior leadership in managing risks and issues. I was also the only vendor partner, and also the youngest member, selected to initiate the ‘Small Project Team’, as part of which I helped in reducing the turn-around time of small projects by identifying processes necessary to deliver urgent, small-sized projects.

I began my career at TCS as a software developer in .NET technology for the client American Express Technologies. I soon progressed to the role of an IT analyst, for the same client, wherein my regular responsibilities included analyzing business needs and translating them to technical requirements, working with the development teams to ensure that the delivered products meet client specifications. I was additionally responsible for capacity planning of new projects in order to facilitate project prioritization by senior management.
