CurrentRepresent private equity sponsors, public and private borrowers, investment funds, banks, direct lenders, and various financial institutions in connection with a range of debt financing matters, including acquisition financings, syndicated loan transactions, direct lending transactions, asset based financings, and project financings. Experience with distressed debt investments, out-of-court workouts and debt restructurings, debtor-in-possession financings and exit financings. Advise international and domestic airlines, leasing companies, trustees, banks and other institutional investors in connection with aviation and equipment finance matters, including securitizations, secured debt issuances, finance lease arrangements and other complex structured financings.
