As a part of UK Legal Entity Control, CIB Department, following are my work highlights:+ Ensured focus on timely BAU deliveries, standardised operating models and processes to ease future IT system migration and effectively partnered with the onshore team in London + Automated key BAU deliverables leading to a 70% savings in time (per month) as well as effective control+ Successfully led the migration of BAU deliverables (additional 50 hours of work per quarter) from onshore controllers’ office, thus, enabling them to focus more on key areas+ Pioneered implementation of processes, notably, LEC Control Checklist and FX Tracker for UK Region and few ancillary processes to strengthen overall control framework.+ Prepared and submitted periodic reporting and reconciliations as per global statutory requirements viz. Federal Reserve requirements, US GAAP and FASB, ensuring compliance and financial integrity+ Apart from mainstream reporting, single-handedly managed key liquidation processes by coordinating with UK Liquidators to liquidate multiple entities across globe, significantly contributing to niche areas of department + During periods of resource crunch and system migration to SAP, took the lead to mentor and develop both local and onshore struggling teammates to perform mainstream functions+ Collaborated with multiple departments such as Tax, Financial Control and Audit to prepare deliverables with a true 360-degree approach
