As a Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (BBAU) doctoral student, I pursued my passion for pharmaceutical sciences and cancer therapeutics. I have recently completed a Ph.D. in Pharmaceutical Sciences. My Ph.D. work focused on developing and evaluating bioactive loaded polymeric nanoparticles for enhanced antineoplastic potential.I have also acquired multiple skills and competencies through research and academic activities, such as literature reviews, scientific writing, communication, and leadership. I have published several papers in peer-reviewed journals, presented my findings at national and international conferences, and received awards and scholarships for my academic excellence. I am eager to apply my knowledge and skills to contribute to advancing science and society.Here is a summary of my research interests and experience:Current Research Area: Drug delivery, Nanotechnology, Formulation development, and optimization.Education: Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar University (A Central University), Lucknow, India. Research Experience: Formulation development based on Quality by Design tools and techniques. Expertise in novel drug delivery systems like polymeric nanoparticles, solid lipid nanoparticles, liposomes, nanoemulsion, and combinatorial drug delivery. Experienced in:Cell line culture (Colon cancer cell lines: DLD-1, HT29, breast cancer cell lines: MDA-MB-231, MCF-7, macrophage cell lines: J-77, and hepatic cancer cell lines: HepG2). Expertise in In vitro assays like Cytotoxicity assay, Apoptosis assay, cell cycle arrest, mitochondrial membrane potentials, Reactive oxygen species generation, cell scratch migration assay, etc. I have animal handling expertise in handling Wistar rats, Swiss mice, and BALB/c mice.  Animal model (Colon cancer, breast cancer, hepatic cancer and lung cancer model development) Animal live imaging. Developing analytical UV-HPLC method development and its validation of new compounds. I have learned to be independent, open-minded, focused and decisive. I am skilled in extensive data analysis and interpretations to deliver relevant results.
