1. Arrange internal kick off meeting with estimation & design to understand the project specification & Scope and take over the project.2. Attend Kick Off meeting and other progressive meetings with Clients, Consultant etc. and pass necessary information to MEP Engineers / Site Engineers.3. Coordinate with design team for shop drawing preparation & submission in line with the project specification & scope.4. Coordinate with land lord/client for drawings & material submission & approval.5. Co-ordinate with Authorities such as Civil Defense, DEWA, etc. for obtaining necessary approvals.6. Direct, monitor and control the activities of MEP Subcontractor/ Suppliers.7. Periodical job inspection for concerned projects to ensure that the site activities are going as per standards & quality in line with the targeted program & ensure all MEP related variations are claimed from Client.8. Make sure all Work Inspection Requests are raised in time and get the approvals from the Client/Consultant/Mall Representatives.9. Ensure interim invoices are submitted as per project standards, Confirm that the Final Invoice and handing over documents are handed over to Client/Consultant/Mall with in the specified time.10. Make sure whole MEP works executed is as per the Company’s standard and it’s complying with ISO requirement and Commercial closing of the MEP projects.11. Assisting Preparation of Payment Certificate for Sub Contractors in ERP12. Preparation of KPI and ensure all the documents are being maintained in accordance with the ISO requirement.13. Collect data from various department and preparation of budget vs actual report and Provide all the information required by the accounts department monthly.14. Coordination with inter department requirement such as joinery MEP works..15. Maintain and keep record of Petty Cash.

1.Keep, monitor and follow up as necessary and maintain complete records concerning the execution of the works.2.Inspection (WIR, SIR,MIR), Testing & Commissioning, sampling and testing of materials to assure that compliance with the contract specification.3.Identify non conforming work or materials, notify contractor and keep a record. Working with 220 kV Substation, Kalamassery since January 2009 till May 2010 Designation: Operator cum Maintenance Engineer Responsibilities:- 1. Manage the activities inside the control room and need to address the faults that occur at the site immediately.2. Technical supervision of equipments and switchgears such as circuit breakers of type SF6, ABCB and VCB. This involves handling control and relay panels for HT and EHT feeders.3. Routine maintenance checks of isolators, current and potential transformers, battery banks, transformers, heavy compressors and capacitor banks.

Designation: MEP Engineer Responsibilities:-1. Generally responsible for implementations and monitoring of all electrical related works at site.2. Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, materials, consumables, equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution. 3. Plans and analyses all possible construction methodologies and recommends the best options to the Asst. Project Manager for approval prior to execution at site.4. Interprets construction drawings and studies the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications prior to execution of any jobs.5. Manages directly and provide engineering and technical supports to all the electrical work groups at site.6.
