A delivery-focused and commercially aligned IT Director with more than 16 years’ experience working in and supporting critical technology and transformation programme delivery for global businesses. A self-motivated leader and analytical thinker with the expertise to manage a portfolio of large complex projects, governance, budgeting, staff management and process improvement.Following the completion of my Master's degree, I started with Marsh McLennan in 2005. My career quickly progressed to managing all aspects of the Applicant Tracking System (TCS) system, which included project management, legal and regulatory requirements, business requirements, integration support, vendor management, user support and configurations.Quickly promoted to Talent Solutions Manager, I took additional responsibility for Recruiting Technologies and the identification of business owner and stakeholder requirements. Advancing again to become Technology Manager for HRIS systems, I built and lead a team responsible for the ownership, management and BAU of all technology systems for Talent Acquisition in the USA. Subsequently promoted, I jumped at the chance to move to London to take ownership of HRIS systems within the EMEA region as a Senior Technical Manager, before ultimately taking a dual role, responsible for Data Privacy and GDPR compliance across HR and Finance divisions, in 2017. I led a series of strategic programmes to ensure regulatory compliance with GDPR standards across HR, boosted stakeholder engagement to facilitate a smoother global rollout of business-critical initiatives, and actively promoted a culture of belonging and engagement with the championing of women in technology.In my last role, as IT Director for the UK Insurtech Portfolio of applications, responsible for all change delivery and day-to-day management of applications, I have direct responsibility for a total budget of $20M and a team of 150. Focused on the delivery of IT Transformation, I successfully restructured the largest UK technology division to advance innovation, boost efficiencies, realign talent and improve specialisation across the product portfolio.I have now moved into a new role at Lockton Re as Head of Business Technology.
