As the Team Representative for Kaleidoscope Festival which is the annual cultural festival of Sophia College, Mumbai, my work involves organizing inter-collegiate events based on music, theatre and dance. This includes gaining sponsorships, collaborations with other teams and heading a team of 10 coordinators.

My role includes content curation and research on topics such as leadership development, team connections, diversity, and inclusion, mindfulness, and resilience. I also handle other content-related tasks such as pulling out key content on learning stories, actionable content, and theories, as well as the overall development of L&D products.

As Secretary of the Sports department, my role is to lead the department and conduct various events promoting mental and physical fitness for students. This comes hand-in-hand with contacting various resource persons and organizations, handling finances and leading a team of 12 executives.

My role as an HR intern included recruitment for various departments, on-boarding fitness and health trainers, overlooking employee performance evaluations and enabling training and development of experts.

As a part of Team Creatives, my role was to curate and design content revolving around mental health and well-being.
