1. Designed, Coordinated and launched the Young Kerala Fellowship Programme, a first-of-its-kind in the state ensuring direct youth participation in planning, implementation and Governance in each district benefitting a total of 28 youths across two cohorts. Raised 50 lakhs of funds from the Department of Sports for its implementation.2. Developed and delivered a 3-day activity-oriented residential certificate training program named YUVASHAKTI for 700 young (aged below 35 years) Local Self Government (LSG) elected representatives across the state to equip them with the skills to formulate inclusive development proposals for their panchayats/wards/councils under the YUVASHAKTI scheme.3. Rolled out a self-paced online certification course named Know Our Constitution by coordinating with central university NUALS, Kochi, on the Constitution across the state which had successful course completion of over 10,000 youths.4. Synthesised and conducted a 3-day residential training programme exclusively for the College Union representatives in different universities across Kerala under the scheme INSPIRE which saw the participation of 350 college Union members. Effectively managed 15 lakhs of funds from the Department of Higher Education for its execution.5. Created and administered a state-wide programme named THRIVE to bridge the aspiration gaps in Model Residential schools (MRS) for Scheduled Tribe students, along with the State tribal department mobilising 75 lakhs of funds and 1500 THRIVE Volunteers task force for implementation.6. Managed all the administrative and financial aspects of the academy including fund transfers for day-to-day activities and for implementing schemes, facilitating audit processes, file generation and its movement and organised Governing Body meetings annually.
