* Handling CV sourcing process through Internal Postings, Job Portal Websites, Advertisements etc. in order to get relevant candidates.* Maintaining web based applicant tracking and job posting with database of the applicants and resumes by periodically updating and reporting to enhance overall process.* Maintain quality standards of recruitment practices and procedures, ensuring the Job Application forms are duly filled by the Applicants and the Interview Evaluation forms are duly filled by the Interviewers.* Ensure Recruitment Feedback Survey form is distributed to the new joiners, duly filled by them, obtained and posted to Survey database in order to capture data for reporting and analysis purpose.
