Nicole Ehrlich is a producer, video commissioner, creative director, and brand development strategist. She has been the recipient of many accolades throughout her career including a Grammy for Lady Gaga’s “Bad Romance” and several MTV Music Video Awards. As the VP of Creative Services & Broadcast/New-Media at Universal Music Group for over 10 years, Nicole helped launch some of the most prolific music videos and multi-media campaigns for UMG’s biggest artists; Lady Gaga, Mary J. Blige, Blink-182, Enrique Iglesias, Snoop Dogg, The Cure, Quincy Jones, Tony Bennett, and Weezer, to name a few. She is well-respected for nurturing talent and building relationships with world renowned directors, such as Francis Lawrence, Dave Meyers, Catherine Hardwicke, Chris Applebaum, Billie Woodruff, Sanaa Hamri, David LaChapelle, Floria Sigismondi, Jonas Åkerlund, Joseph Kahn, Marc Webb, Nick Knight, Roman Coppola, Sophie Muller, and Steven Klein. After leaving UMG in 2013, Nicole started her own production company, producing and consulting across a broader range of content outside of the music video industry. She was a Co-Producer of the Oscar nominated documentary, “The Hunting Ground”, which changed legislation on college campuses nationwide, and produced several concert films released on home-video and broadcast platforms. In the world of visual art, she is a producer and lead curator of the annual Art Basel Miami exhibition Celebration of Women in Art. As a creative producer and business strategist she has taken Cat Cora, the first female Iron Chef, and turned her into a global multi-dimensional brand.
