I am able to facilitate a productive and innovative culture, in which teams and individuals are motivated to share their ideas and POV's without fear. My main job is to define meaningful purposes, missions and tangible goals and help folks to understand their role, and empower them to find the best way to achieve their deliverables. I ask questions rather than giving directions (nose in, fingers out) and I always challenge the status quo. I am a true believer in the power of diversity and fast failing, as true innovation will never occur in a conform and 0-mistake culture/environment.Experience since 1988 in leading R&D, Technology and Innovation in international companies and businesses. Since 2000 I have been trusted to be a main contributor in developing purpose, mission and strategies on enterprise level. Through my role as external examiner, for the Danish (Technical) Universities, I have acquired knowledge of updated research and literature as well as hosting 'numerous' students for thesis-writing and internships.Competencies: Holistic purpose driven approach.
