As the Operations Manager of Datacation Amsterdam and a member of the management team, I oversee internal team growth and project quality. I guide team members, manage assignments, and ensure successful project execution. Additionally, I still work on projects as a Senior Data Consultant.

Data & Insights Network is the Dutch Expertise Center for Marketing Insights, Research and Analytics, covering the full spectrum of methods that provide insights into human behavior and needs. Data & Insights Network unites, informs and inspires its members and partners, to increase knowledge levels and contribute to professionalization and visibility of the Insights, Research and Analytics expertise areas. As such the Data & Insights Network organizes the annual Data & Insights Awards, which is part of its extensive event series in the areas of Insights, Research and Analytics.At the Data & Insights Awards the title of "Data Professional of the Year" is awarded to the one professional who made the greatest positive impact on the subject area of Analytics over the past 12 months. I was a member of the expert panel that is responsible for reviewing nominations, shortlisting and interviewing nominees and selecting the next "Data Professional of the Year".

Working on the digital transformation of Aegon in Europe, Asia and South America.
